One of the better transactions I've had recently. The initial transaction was very straightforward and the seller maintained great communication throughout, but what impressed me the most was the condition of the unit when it arrived. It was meticulously packed up in the original box with all baggies, foam, cardboard inserts, etc...I already had another Synology NAS but he even labeled the parts which would have been helpful for a first-timer. Aside from that, if I didn't know beforehand that this item had been used I honestly would have thought it was brand new. That was how awesome the condition was. This guy really takes care of his stuff and I can only hope that he sells something else in the future that I'm interested in! A++ trader; would most definitely deal with again.
