Communication was very quick - within hours. Within a few hours of money being sent I had a tracking number. Item was packed well; bubble-wrapped in retail box. Item arrived in near-mint condition - CPU was cleaned very well and included an unused stock cooler. Received item within 2 days of payment (8-9 states away; ~1,200 miles). 10/10, would definitely trade/buy from again.
