Bought 2 syringes of Shin Etsu but thanks to the USPS one was broken in transit. I notified NobleX13 of the issue and he replaced both tubes (instead of one) and reshipped with reinforced packaging that I received two days later.
I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again and wish more were like him.
