Good communication. Items were delivered in a timely fashion and packaged well with the mobo in its original box and the RAM in an anti-static bag within the same box. The mobo CPU pins were covered with the proper cover and the mobo itself sat on a foam pad inside an anti-static bag within the original box. The original box was mailed in a large padded envelope. I would do business with seller again. Actually this was my second transaction.
