Well, this the first time I had a package apparently dropped by UPS. The computer case had a small crack in it and one of the hard drives was DOA. Mike, was real calm and nice through this whole ordeal and he tried to get the hard drive RMA'ed. I also sent him 2 Linksys PCI NIC's since I only insured this older system for the bare minimum and I did not want to hassle with a slow UPS damage claim. The two items Mike sent both worked perfectly. The deal worked out fairly since it was neither of our faults and we both calmly came to a reasonable solution. Would defintely trade with Mike again, a nice guy and a good trader.
