Communication: A+. Definitely will respond to PMs and emails even if you are a disgruntled customer.

Shipping: A+. Product was boxed the very night and shipped the very next morning. The package was well packed; the original packaging was placed inside a USPS box stuffed with foam, which ensured the original box and parts inside would not be damaged.

Customer Service/Reliability: A++. When I first received the motherboard I noticed that the SLI connector was missing, and when I contacted him, he offered to pay for a new one or ship one that he had.
Even though the motherboard would not POST, which was a surprise to both of us, he offered to give me a full refund or pay for the shipping to RMA the motherboard.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Dew itt right to any one. You will not be cheated by this trader as he is fair, reliable, and responsible.
