The original stick of ram did not work in my two systems. Sean immediately sent another stick, but it never arrived. Seems it was lost in the mail. When I contacted Sean about this, he quickly paypalled me an acceptable amount to cover the loss and I mailed him back his original stick of RAM. This is a very undertanding trader and he kept up his end of communciation very well. Highly recommended trader !
