Attempt to purchase windows 10 COA

Seller said he had keys available. Sent payment, seller said he would get me the key. After one week no longer responding to messages. Appears to have deleted or have been banned from hardforum. Do not trust this seller.

Purchased 2x Windows 7 Pro Licenses keys .. Updated

After payment was received it took nearly two weeks before a response was given. After the keys were promised the following week it took another week before the keys were sent. I think close to 4 weeks is longer than general expectation especially for license keys. The keys provided where Windows 7 Ultimate though Windows 7 Pro keys were requested. This is not a huge deal but I would have preferred Pro as I had requested as I have no need for the additional feature Ultimate provides and I did not have Ultimate media. I was assisted by the seller with obtaining media for Ultimate and have since installed Windows successfully and verified the authenticity of the keys. While this was not a negative experience as I did receive what in the end what I feel is acceptable in regards to what was purchased I do not feel that the overall experience with this transaction was positive.

UPDATE: After about a year or so with the Ultimate keys they have since been flagged as non-genuine by MS. I reached to to New2019 and he provided me with one Windows 10 key to replace the two Windows 7 Pro Keys I originally order (though received Windows 7 Ultimate keys). This key appears to be working but I am not sure for how long. 2nd Update: The seller has since contacted me and provided me with additional keys to compensate. I appreciate the effort made to contact me and attempts to resolve the issue.

He explained to me which card would be best and also what in his opinion what I should do. He did all this while keeping my own interested at heart. After trouble with shipping and PayPal he kept in contact reassuring me each day and keeping me up dated. The Parcel was shipped and wrapped with care. To sum up I am very happy with his selling so far and am eagerly awaiting my package. I would trust and buy from this seller again.
