Andrew has not responded to my calls or emails for going on three weeks. System had a bad RAM chip and the video card was installed poorly. He is known as a good trader, but I feel I was ripped off.

BEFSR41 Linksys Router NO communication at all. The trolltraders group has even tried calling him several times, leaving messages, and not getting anything back.

He gave me the DC tracking code the next day and I trakced it. I was having the stuff shipped off to a business, where there is an employee there from 7am-10pm. After a few days, and many stops at the post office, they said that the item was "undeliverable as addressed". I am assuming this is USPS's fault, because our mailman is a 90 year old dude. When I talked to the post office and got this message from the tracking number, I e-mailed Roadraider and told him to look out for the package. He did PM me back and said that he got it. I then asked him if he would rather me pay him for extra shipping charges, or give me a refund, minus the shipping charges. I did not get a reply back after 10/31/04. I followed up with him twice, every 3 weeks, and once a month for the past few months. It is 1/25/05 and I still have not heard back from him.

I purchased an IBM T20 laptop from Andrew at Anandtech. I sent PayPal on Oct 18th, and just today received the laptop(nov 6th). After sending payment, Andrew told me that he would send out the laptop, and if he had to, give to his neighbor to send out, as he said his wife was near labor. Days went by without any communication,and the laptop did not show up. I tried calling both phone numbers given, as well as numerous PMs. Eventually I enlisted the help of the Trollhunters, which finally brought a response. While the demands of being a new father are understandable, I feel I had to wait much too long, and the fact that I was not given a response until I contacted the trollhunters and Paypal made me very uneasy about the deal. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident, but in any event, I must be honest about my experience. Hope future deals go better than this one.
