Radeon 9500 Pro & PDA Screen protectors

A perfectly good Radeon card was damaged in USPS transit despite good packaging on my part. Sean notified me of this and was patient enough to test the board and sent it back to me. Great communication and a great trader in an unfortunate situation where everyone took a lick!

I sent him payment and communication was excellent. Unfortunately, he ran into a delay getting the package out on his end and while I was a bit concerned, I didn't make a big fuss over it as it had only been a few days. He notified me a couple of days later with tracking info after the package had gone out and apologied for the delay. He took the very generous and VERY appreciated step to include another video card (9600GT) in the package at no cost to make up for the delay...which worked out perfectly for me as I was getting ready to build a semi-charity system for someone's kids but was still lacking a video card.

Glad to say the cards arrived safely but packaging could have been a bit better as the backplates on both cards were bent since they came only in a padded envelope instead of a box.

Nevertheless, it all worked out well in the end and I have nothing but good things to say about Jimmah as an honest and very upfront trader.

I would gladly do anothe deal with him again anytime!!
