I sent it USPS and it fortunatey arrived safely. He notified me of my mistake and I refunded him the difference in cost.

Some unfortunate mishap on the part of USPS caused the screen to be broken in transit, despite good packaging. I refunded her the majority of hte $ and she kept the accessories in hopes of finding a replacement Zire 71. She then sent the broken Zire back to me so I could look longingly at it and verify the damage. Very friendly and always in good communication throughout.
