BAD TRADER PERIOD DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS GUY HE SENT ME A BAD CHECK

WATSTE OF TIME.... IT TOOK HIM ABOUT 2 WEEKS TO RECIEVE MY PACKAGE THEN I GO TO CASH THE 10.00 CHECK *COUPLE WEEKS LATER* it bounces. Then he tells me he sent out a 20.00 money order out about 2 weeks ago still hasnt arrived im tired of his lying

This clown had me hold three cases for him while he continually ask me to hold them for him. He never got back to me regarding the sale after I had turned 3 other chances away.

Modem took 21 days to reach me. First time he shipped, he put the wrong address on it and he explained that and I understand we are all human and mistakes can happen. I said cool, drop it back in the mail. Well I finally received the modem after he reshipped it. According to the shipping record, it took 2 days to reach me (we are both in Illinois) and he dragged this on and on. I opened the box (a usps prioriety box 12\" x 12\" x 8\") to find a cable modem and a power adapter. There was not an ounce of shipping material in the box which is totally unacceptable. I jump his case right away and ask what is up with no packaging, etc. He goes on saying he knows how to pack stuff, etc. He said his friend dropped it off for shipping. Alright, thats cool but evidently he did not teach his friend who must not have any common sense how to package an item for shipping. \"But on rare occasions mishaps do occur.\" I\'d call this a mishap for sure. If he does not have time to properly participate in selling items on the forum, he should wait to do so until his life is not so hectic. Just everyone be careful and make sure he personally ships the item himself and not one of his \"friends\".

Developed S/W program based on his specifications. Agreement was payment using a schedule of 25/50/25%. Program delivered according to schedule of 1 month.

Jay contacted me on 8/22 indicating he wanted to purchase a RAM, CPU, & mobo combo. He wanted to pay with a MO and I agreed on the condition that he mail it in the next few days so I'd receive it by the end of the week. He said that would be no problem, and let me know on 8/23 that he'd be mailing the MO on 8/24. Later on 8/23 he PM'd me asking if I'd cross-ship if he took a picture of the MO filled out at the post office (he wanted the parts by the weekend), and I politely declined...

He never responded despite logging on to AT multiple times after receiving my PM. No MO was sent. The bottom line is that Jay wasted my time and his flakiness cost me the opportunity to sell my items to others who bought different items while I was waiting for him.
