Paid via PayPal on 11/24 for an Acer Iconia A100. I did not receive any shipping information from the seller, so I sent him a PM requesting a tracking number on 11/28. The seller responded within 2 hours indicating that he had shipped it on 11/27 but he had left the tracking information on his desk at work so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for the tracking number. I received no response from the seller so I sent him another PM requesting the tracking information on 11/30. The seller responded the next morning and said he was out of town until 12/2 and he would get the tracking number to me ASAP and if I did not receive it by Tuesday (12/4), he would issue a refund. Tuesday came around and I received no item or refund so I sent the seller another PM to see what is going on and have yet to receive a response. I started digging around and found out that he had been active/posting on another forum on 12/4, 12/5, and 12/6, so I finally came to realize that the seller has no intentions on issuing a refund or providing a tracking number (if it ever was actually sent). It is a shame as this is my second transaction with this seller and I was really hoping it would go as well as the first. I am now in the process of a PayPal claim and hope that I will at least be able to recoup my money.

UPDATE (1/22): I was able to recoup my money through the PayPal claim process. The seller never responded to the PayPal claim and I still to this date have not heard anything from him. No tracking number was ever provided, so I'm not sure how the seller is able to determine that it was delivered. If the seller can provide me with a tracking number which shows that it was delivered to my city/zip during the correct time period, I'll definitely consider changing my evaluation but I honestly think that the seller is just trying to play victim here in hopes to clear his name.
