Sold a P4 mobo/cpu setup.

Sold him a P4 mobo and cpu... I had a couple boards to choose from... he wasn't sure what direction he was going at first and then decided on the cheaper one.
He had trouble making it work. Seemed like buyer's remorse to me, but I offered to replace it with the higher end board at a discount from my orginal asking price and I ate the shipping both ways. He had problems again... in the meantime, the original setup worked on my side. After we exchanged emails and after a few accusations that I might have knowingly sent him defective goods, we finally came to the conclusion that he did not realize that he should connect ALL the P4 power connections from the power supply to the board! I figured that this was his first P4 setup and simply didn't know better. He apologized and offered to send me a refund for the extra shipping I went through... after a long stretch of 'I'll pay you soon,' it is now about six months later and still no $$$ (a measly sum, btw) from him and he seems to have suspended communication. Can only assume that he is not interested in fulfilling his obligation. Hate to do it, but he definitely deserves a major negative here for a pretty simple trade that he handled miserably!

I purchased an ATI 9800 Pro All in Wonder from him at [H]ardForum a few months back.
The shrinkwrapped didnt look like it was sealed by the factory (box had a big lump) so I contacted the seller and ask him if the product is reshrinkwrapped, he said it wasnt and I had to trust him on that due to his high heatware. I also purchased a Corsair XMS4000 Pro from him, the plastic of the corsair were bent open. Again I had to take his words that the item hasnt been used due to his heat. I also asked for the receipt for the ATI 9800 Pro All in Wonder, but never sent it out.

Today I decided not to sell the ATI 9800 Pro All in Wonder and opened it. I found out that the
item he sold me was really reshrinkwrapped. This isnt the first time I\'ve purchased an ATI product, so I know how the manuals and video card are packed. The shrinkwrap of the manual was ripped open, the video cards anti static bag didnt look new and the cds looked used. The video card seems to work fine but im not sure how long it will last. For gs this card might be refurbished\\defected and it\'ll die any time. I paid $330 for a brand new card and receive this, if I wanted an open\\refurbished product I would have bought an open\\refurbished product.
Very dishonest person.
